MEAT AND GREEN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily front- and back-of-house activities in Singapore.

You will drive profitability, service quality, and a safe dining environment by leading teams, maintaining standards for wine and beer service, and coordinating scheduling. You will monitor cash flow, sales, payroll, and food/labor costs, manage inventory and suppliers, and enforce HACCP and local safety rules.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with POS systems and rostering.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and certifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations to ensure profitability and service quality.
• Lead team: hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and mentor staff.
• Ensure wine and craft beer service standards.
• Greet guests, monitor dining room flow, handle complaints or requests.
• Monitor cash flow, sales, payroll, and control food and labor costs.
• Track stock, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Enforce local food safety, HACCP, hygiene standards, and safety laws.
