Food Paradise Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable Restaurant Operations Manager to run daily restaurant operations, ensure sales targets and service standards are met, and establish rapport with guests.

You will lead and motivate staff, plan rosters, train on customer service and product knowledge, ensure licensing, hygiene, health and safety compliance, manage costs and stock, and prepare staffing/sales reports for the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience managing a restaurant.
• Present a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Can work independently and as a team player with good interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Manage and run the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that sales targets and service standards are met.
• Achieve the highest service standards and exceed guest expectations daily.
• Establish rapport with customers and handle requests professionally and promptly.
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Plan staff rosters and provide training on customer service and product knowledge.
• Enforce licensing, hygiene regulation, health and safety guidelines.
• Manage operational costs and stock items required by the restaurant.
• Assess and improve profitability and prepare staffing/sales reports for the General Manager.
