Job summary

XIANG SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced restaurant operations leader to coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House activities, deliver exceptional service, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role involves supervising shifts, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance. You will lead and train staff, monitor inventory, and implement policies to ensure smooth operations while promoting the brand locally and enhancing profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in F&B industry.
• Ability to supervise and plan effectively.
• Capable of training, motivating and inspiring the team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction and productivity.
• Review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts and manage P&L to optimise profit and control costs.
• Oversee storage, inventory and supplies for smooth operation.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
