• Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, expand the customer base, and improve profitability.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate staff recruitment, training, work schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Lead and motivate employees to maintain high service standards and achieve business targets.
• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, inventory, and resource allocation to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Oversee purchasing activities, supplier coordination, stock management, and inventory control.
