Job summary

TOMO IZAKAYA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic restaurant supervisor/manager to oversee daily operations and support the Japanese restaurant. You will lead and train junior staff to deliver friendly, professional service while driving improvements in processes and cost control.

You will develop marketing initiatives to boost sales, ensure consistent food standards, and participate in management meetings. Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the in-charge to support and manage the Japanese restaurant.
• Supervise and train junior staff to provide friendly, professional and attentive service.
• Review and recommend processes to improve overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain an effective daily roster to ensure minimum labour cost.
• Ensure consistency in the food standards.
• Formulate and develop marketing initiatives to increase sales growth.
• Contribute to and participate in management meetings.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine is an additional bonus.
