Job summary

INITIA GROUP / INITIA SG is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across outlets in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead front and back-of-house teams, manage costs, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and train staff to uphold service excellence. Experience in hospitality management and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospitality or retail management
• Proven work experience as restaurant/hospitality manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer service oriented with financial management ability

Responsibilities

• Maintaining market awareness and developing new and innovative processes for more efficient restaurant operations
• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
• Coordinating front and back of house operations for smooth delivery of services
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Control operations cost and identify measures to cut wastages
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, suggest solutions to resolve complaints
• Manage / maintain outlet good image
• Training / coaching of new / current staff on customer service best practices
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Managing staff training, schedules and work performance
• Preparing reports
• Analyse and forecast sales figures to maximize profits
