QIAN SHAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to oversee restaurant operations and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

You will collaborate with the Manager, monitor expenses, and help plan staff schedules while ensuring consistent, high-quality service across shifts. The role emphasizes customer relations, training across departments, and rotating through positions to gain broad operations knowledge within the company.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or above required.
• Able to work on split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Service oriented and passionate about working in the F&B industry.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the Manager.
• Monitor outlet's expenses, ensuring all costs stay within budget.
• Assist in planning staff duty schedules for service crew and ensure sufficient staffing and monthly reports.
• Make customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
• Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.
• Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
• Receive training and perform duties in various sections of the company's operations.
• Gain deep knowledge of restaurant operations by rotating positions.
• Solicit feedback from customers and staff for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
