Job summary

ANNAPOORNA SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both FOH and BOH operations, ensure smooth shifts, recruit and train staff, and schedule coverage to maintain high service levels.

You will monitor finances, enforce food safety, handle customer complaints, support kitchen during peak times, prepare revenue/expense reports, manage inventory, and drive marketing initiatives to boost guest traffic while upholding top standards of food quality and service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the similar position in the F&B industry (requires hands-on leadership).
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Good knowledge of variety of Indian cuisines especially snacks and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) workflow, ensuring smooth shifts,
• Recruiting, hiring and training all restaurant staff
• Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
• Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience
• Monitoring restaurant finances ,including sales and expenses
• Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase safety
• Handling customer complaints promptly
• Able to help out in the kitchen line during emergency
• Prepare and analyze reports on revenues and expenses, manage inventory
• Maintain high standards of food quality and service.
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic.
• Promoting the restaurant and finding ways to bring in more customers
