Job summary

ANNAPOORNA SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet activities in Singapore.

You will supervise front-of-house and service staff, ensure consistent food quality, presentation and service standards, and coordinate with kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow. Responsibilities include training new hires, scheduling shifts, managing cash in the manager's absence, opening/closing duties, and reporting operational issues to the manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisines, their preparation and service.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work shift hours , weekend and public holidays
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Posses valid food safety certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Supervise and support front-of-house and service staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are consistently met in line with company guidelines
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient service flow and timely food delivery
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires, tracks daily performance, assists with shift scheduling
• Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts in the restaurant, in the absence of manager.
• Responsible for proper opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Feedback to the manager on any operational issues.
• Responsible for the restaurant upkeep and cleanliness
• Responsible for Inventory Management.
• Any additional tasks, as assigned by the Manager
