Tung Lok Signatures (2006) PTE. LTD. is hiring for a guest-focused outlet team member in Singapore. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain stock, and support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

We value a friendly, positive attitude, excellent communication, and a passion for the F&B industry. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure supplies and stocks are sufficient for daily operations.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and orderly appearance in the outlet.
• Ensure staff are informed on promotions and information.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and revenue generation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
