• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, address inquiries, and provide prompt, professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Verify the accuracy and presentation of food and beverage orders before serving, and ensure timely service in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Clear, collect, and return food and beverage items to the designated service areas, while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues, escalating matters to management when necessary.
• Maintain the readiness, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
