Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office for administrative reports.
• Willingness to perform tasks across all restaurant roles.
• Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
• Creative problem solving and willingness to implement ideas.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manpower management and mentoring staff to deliver excellent service and improve margins.
• Delegate tasks efficiently and conduct on-the-job training.
• Inventory management and keeping stock organized.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce discipline.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee QSCV (Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value) for the restaurant.
