JUMBO GROUP OF RESTAURANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of supervisors and service staff, and drive profitability. You will manage budget, forecasts, and cost controls while ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, labour scheduling, hiring junior staff, staff discipline recommendations, and maintaining safety and quality across the restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years management experience in F&B
• Ability to lead and inspire service staff
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Sound leadership qualities to manage staff

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the profit & loss of the restaurant and implement appropriate cost control measures
• Manage the restaurant's budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations
• Maximize profitability by increasing turnover and controlling costs
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
• Maintain and improve overall performance including cost analysis and monitoring
• Supervise food and operational safety for a comfortable environment
• Ensure customers' needs and expectations are met with efficient service
• Drive operational efficiencies and maximize customer satisfaction
• Control labour through manpower scheduling and monitor leave
• Involved in hiring for junior positions
• Involved in staff counselling and disciplinary recommendations
• Manage and groom a team of supervisors and service staff
• Handle all restaurant administrative duties
• Any other duties assigned by Area Manager
