Job summary

DOCG PTE. LTD. is seeking an outlet operations supervisor to oversee the CBD outlet in Singapore, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional service.

You will monitor service standards, address customer feedback, manage inventory and control costs while maintaining strict health and safety compliance. The role involves a 6‑day workweek with hours from 11am to 11pm, and staff discounts on meals as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations.
• Monitor service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory and prevent over-ordering.
• Control wastage and food costs to maintain profitability.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance, incl. food hygiene and employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control wastage and food costs to maintain profitability.
