DOCSG PTE. LTD. is seeking an outlet manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the CBD location.

The role focuses on delivering high customer satisfaction, handling feedback, and resolving issues promptly. You will manage inventory, monitor wastage and food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires a hands-on leader able to think quickly to resolve staff, customer, or operational issues, with 6-day work weeks and shifts from 11am to 11pm.

Competenze

Experience in managing food & beverage operations.
Strong customer service focus and ability to address feedback.
Ability to monitor inventory, costs and wastage effectively.
Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient service.
