Harry's International Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the overall management of one of our popular dining establishments. In this full-time role, you will help ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.

You will lead front-of-house teams, manage inventory, assist with budgeting, and contribute to marketing initiatives while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an assistant restaurant manager or deputy manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Assist with financial management tasks such as budgeting and reporting.
