Responsabilités

• Support Restaurant Manager to achieve profitability and budget targets.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, briefings and kitchen staff.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and keep management informed.
• Maintain product quality and presentation as directed by senior staff.
• Train and supervise service staff; drive upselling and customer satisfaction.
• Update staff on promotions and ensure marketing materials are visible.
• Assist in developing strategies to deliver the business plan.
• Ensure cash handling and banking procedures compliance.
• Optimize labour productivity with forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage monthly front-of-house inventory and ordering.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and FSMS standards.
• Maintain menu knowledge and brand promise in service.
• Stay aware of competitor activity and report findings.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties contributing to profitability.
