Job summary

ARYAA TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to drive the daily operations of our outlet in Singapore. You will lead both kitchen and front-of-house teams, manage shifts, ensure hygiene and service standards, and handle inventory with suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in F&B, with 3+ years in a supervisory role, and can work weekends and holidays. This role requires hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the F&B industry with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience managing kitchen and front-of-house teams in dine-in setup.
• Skilled in shift planning, manpower deployment and real-time staff supervision.
• Proficient in inventory handling, supplier coordination and stock monitoring.
• Well-versed in food hygiene standards, licensing matters and cleanliness inspections.
• Capable of handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
• Proficient with POS systems and maintaining outlet sales/petty cash records.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as part of regular roster.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of outlet operations and drive daily performance.
• Lead shifts from opening to closing and ensure consistent service quality.
• Monitor hygiene, safety standards, and compliance with licensing rules.
• Oversee inventory control, supplier coordination, and stock management.
• Coach and supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve targets.
• Address customer feedback promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction.
