ARYAA TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Captain to oversee daily front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will lead service staff, maintain service standards, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, manage reservations, and support management in achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service staff during daily operations.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service quality in dining areas.
• Assist in table allocation, reservations, and guest seating.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow and timely delivery.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Lead daily briefings and monitor staff attendance and grooming.
• Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
