Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of restaurant operations.
• Supervise assigned shifts and conduct daily pre-operation meetings.
• Observe, teach and correct staff service standards.
• Handle administration and paperwork, including reports.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Order daily supplies and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling policy.
• Plan duty roster and monitor staff punctuality.
