Qualifications

• Diploma/'O' Level / Certificate in F&B/ Tourism and Hospitality/Event Management.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and listening skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Team player who can also work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation team in frontline to provide each customer with a wonderful dining experience.
• Be brand ambassador upholding brand philosophy and company values with excellent customer service.
• Engage with customers during dining, make recommendations and collect feedback for service enhancement.
• Handle and resolve guest inquiries and feedback via in/outlet channels promptly.
• Initiate and manage post-feedback investigations and propose preventive actions.
• Prepare Customer Care Memos.
• Assist outlets in charge of operation matters.
