Job summary

PEOPLEMATCH RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Front of House professional to master all FOH duties per SOP, oversee sections and supervise staff, and uphold service standards for speed and accuracy. You will gain strong product knowledge and train new team members in line with SOP.

The role covers ordering, inventory, cash and sales records, plus restaurant cleanliness and promotions. Ideal candidates have a hospitality diploma or WSQ F&B cert and at least 3 years in fine dining.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality or WSQ F&B cert
• ≥3 years in Fine Dining / Restaurant
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work 5 days with split shifts; Sundays & Mondays off

Responsibilities

• Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
• Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to customers' requests and feedback
• Deliver service level and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
• Learn product knowledge of all menu items
• Training of new team members on Front of House duties according to SOP
• Manage ordering/inventory/cash/sales records
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the restaurant
• Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the restaurant
