Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service activities and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, reservations and service-related matters.
• Assist customers with menu information, orders, promotions and special requests.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Train and guide service staff on customer service standards and procedures.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
• Maintain good relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
• Assist in managing customer-related promotions, events and restaurant activities.
• Prepare basic reports on customer feedback, service performance and recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, food safety procedures and workplace policies.
