The Foreign Project is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Singapore to support daily restaurant operations and lead front-of-house staff. You will ensure service quality, handle guest inquiries, and assist with scheduling and inventory management.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management and restaurant operations.
• Able to work independently and handle operational challenges.
• Responsible, proactive and service-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and manpower allocation.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and POS operations.
• Assist in inventory management, stock control and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure proper restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and hygiene standards.
• Train, guide and motivate service staff to improve performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and food safety regulations.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
