steel ally resources pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced Singapore environment. You will coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities, ensure quality standards, and drive excellent guest service.

In this hands-on role, you will manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, while controlling costs and inventory. A strong emphasis on regulatory compliance (NEA/SFA) and long-term commitment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in Singapore (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of local F&B operations and compliance standards.
• Able to lead shifts independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (front-of-house and kitchen coordination)
