Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and coordinate service staff during daily operations.
• Ensure staff provide excellent customer service and maintain service standards.
• Assist in handling customer feedback, enquiries and complaints.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily manpower allocation.
• Ensure proper table arrangements, service preparation and restaurant readiness.
• Monitor daily sales transactions, cash handling and POS operations.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and guide new employees on service procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and smooth service.
• Report operational issues and staff matters to the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager.
