Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast manpower requirements for IT projects and support contracts.
• Source IT resources through diverse channels to meet project demands.
• Establish partnerships with ITEs, polytechnics, and training institutions to secure a pipeline of junior technical talent.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for roles including Desktop Engineers, EUC Engineers, Helpdesk/Service Desk, Field Engineers, and IT Support Engineers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding processes, and deployment logistics.
• Maintain a resource pool/bench by tracking availability, deployment dates, and contract expiries.
• Manage replacements promptly when engineers resign, contracts expire, or project needs change.
• Prepare recruitment documentation and maintain accurate resource records.

Job Summary

Support the Delivery Team by ensuring timely availability of technical resources for projects, support contracts, and manpower deployments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and forecast upcoming manpower requirements for IT projects and support contracts
• Source IT technical resources through diverse channels to meet project demands
• Establish and maintain partnerships with ITEs, polytechnics, and training institutions to secure a steady pipeline of junior technical talent
• Screen and evaluate candidates for roles including Desktop Engineers, EUC Engineers, Helpdesk/Service Desk, Field Engineers, and IT Support Engineers
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate selection, onboarding processes, and deployment logistics
• Maintain and update a resource pool/bench by tracking availability, deployment dates, contract expiries, and replacement needs
• Manage replacement of resources promptly when engineers resign, contracts expire, or project requirements change
• Maintain accurate resource records and generate regular manpower status reports for the Delivery Team
• Support recruitment administration and prepare onboarding documentation to ensure smooth candidate integration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related discipline
• 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, resource management, staffing, or manpower coordination
• Experience recruiting IT technical/support manpower is advantageous
• Comfortable engaging with ITEs, polytechnics, and educational institutions
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills to work effectively with operational and project teams in a fast-paced environment
