• 4-7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, account management or workforce delivery.
• Prior IT/technology recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships or working with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary contact for recruitment and workforce requirements.
• Develop understanding of clients' business, technology environments and manpower needs.
• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager - IT Workforce & Talent Acquisition to join our growing team.This is a hands-on role combining client account management, IT recruitment and workforce delivery . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, understanding ongoing manpower requirements, driving recruitment fulfilment and ensuring smooth workforce delivery.The role is suitable for an experienced IT recruiter or recruitment/account management professional who is ready to take greater ownership of client relationships and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment and workforce requirements.
• Develop a good understanding of clients' business, technology environments and manpower requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Work closely with internal Talent Acquisition resources to manage recruitment pipelines and achieve agreed hiring targets.
• Prioritise requirements and allocate recruitment resources according to client demand and urgency.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients on vacancies, candidate submissions, interviews, offers and deployment status.
• Monitor recruitment and workforce delivery performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, headcount information and account-level reporting.
• Support employee deployment, replacement and workforce-related matters in coordination with HR Operations.
• Manage day-to-day client queries and operational issues, escalating significant matters to management where required.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to support additional workforce requirements.
• Work closely with the Associate Director on account planning, workforce forecasting, escalations and service delivery.
• Ensure recruitment and workforce activities comply with company policies and applicable Singapore employment requirements.
• Support other client accounts and recruitment projects when business requirements arise.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4-7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, account management or workforce delivery.
• Prior experience in IT/technology recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships or working directly with hiring managers/stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities concurrently.
• Able to independently manage recruitment activities while coordinating with other recruiters and support functions.
• Good understanding of common IT infrastructure, applications, support and technology roles would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
• Experience supporting large enterprise, government or outsourced workforce environments would be advantageous.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed a strong foundation in IT recruitment and are looking to move beyond a purely recruiter-focused position.The ideal candidate should be comfortable being both hands-on in recruitment and accountable for client delivery . Formal people-management experience is not essential; the ability to coordinate resources, manage stakeholders and take ownership of outcomes is more important.
