Job summary

You will also oversee subscription procurement, curate digital resources, and support horizon scanning initiatives, ensuring high service standards and staff guidance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of library experience, preferably in a special library.
• Tech-savvy with strong digital literacy and proficiency in office apps.
• Experience handling procurement, quotes, renewals, and related docs.
• Strong research and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily library operations including enquiries, loans, cataloguing, and records maintenance.
• Oversee subscriptions procurement: quotes, renewals, and documentation.
• Curate and manage digital resources; upload to repository and manage distribution lists.
• Conduct research and horizon scanning activities.
• Promote library services to staff and guide resource usage.
• Supervise temporary staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
