Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a diligent Library Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our library in Singapore. You will handle cataloguing, lending, inter-library loans, and assist users with enquiries, ensuring resources are accessible and up-to-date.

The role requires a diploma and at least four years in a library or information centre, strong research and communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset to liaise with IT, facilities, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent.
• Strong research ability and the capacity to summarize information clearly.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administration of the library.
• Liaise with facilities management, IT and security on relevant matters.
• Operate the Library Management System (LMS) for loans, searches, and cataloguing.
