Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a frontline staff to support daily backend and branch library operations in Singapore. You will handle patron enquiries on memberships, accounts, programmes, and digital services, and manage damaged items, lost and found, and redemptions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily backend and branch library operations.
• Attend to patron enquiries on memberships, accounts, programmes and digital services.
• Handle damaged items, lost and found items, service collateral and redemptions.
• Support incident management, fire alarms and basic system troubleshooting.
• Brief and monitor volunteers, and address or escalation volunteer feedback.
• Manage deliveries, vendor access, keys, visitor logs and incoming calls.
• Monitor branch operations, conduct housekeeping and building checks, and report faults.
• Assist with public announcements, CCTV monitoring and other operational duties
