Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a resource planning professional to forecast, size, and manage the budget for the Defence AI Office (DAIO). You will support prioritisation and allocation of scarce resources across MINDEF/SAF, monitor utilisation and performance, and ensure financial compliance and planning requirements are met.

With 2+ years in corporate planning or budgeting, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, financial management, resource planning or budgeting preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and size DAIO's resource requirements and develop its budget/workplan.
• Provide analysis to support prioritisation and allocation of resources across competing requirements.
• Monitor resource utilisation and performance, and recommend adjustments.
• Oversee financial compliance, audit and corporate planning requirements.
• Manage resources supporting DAIO-sponsored AI transformation and technology projects across MINDEF/SAF.
