Job summary

Singapore Anglican Community Services seeks a Facilities and Operations professional to support the Residential Manager, HCAs and Facilities Executive in daily operations.

You will manage daily operations of residential services and building facilities, oversee M&E, cleaning and safety, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to policy implementation in line with standards. Applicants should have a Diploma and at least 3 years' experience in residential care operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to support residential operations in a care centre.
• Willingness to learn about psychiatric rehabilitation work.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of residential services and building, M&E, cleaning and pest control.
• Assist Residential Manager to develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Oversee project management work.
• Provide care and support to residents.
• Oversee facilities services: security, maintenance, and records.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and IFM.
• Fire Safety Manager duties including drills and training.
• Lead ACCSM emergency response for fires, haze, etc.
• Handle facility-related procurement and quotations.
• Manage external contractors and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with new admissions to the centre.
• Apply basic first aid and CPR in emergencies.
• Compile monthly statistics and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
