Job summary

THE LENTOR RESIDENCE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Facilities Executive for our nursing home in Macpherson. You will oversee maintenance, troubleshoot M&E systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of M&E experience. Willingness to be on 24 hours standby and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant M&E experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and analytical skills.
• Good teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Willing to be on 24 hours standby for emergencies.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, and building systems.
• Attend to breakdowns and feedback.
• Assist in installation, repair, rectification, and replacement work.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance work.
• Assist in procurement of supplies and parts.
• Coordinate with Nursing Department on procurement needs and stock.
• Assist in inventory control of assets, equipment, instruments, and tools.
• Ensure quality standards of services and systems comply with statutory requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors and supervise their work on site.
• Assist in visitor management and emergency preparedness duties.
• Other relevant work as assigned by reporting officer or management.
