Singapore Anglican Community Services seeks a Facilities and Operations professional to support the Residential Manager, HCAs and Facilities Executive in daily operations.
You will manage daily operations of residential services and building facilities, oversee M&E, cleaning and safety, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to policy implementation in line with standards. Applicants should have a Diploma and at least 3 years' experience in residential care operations.
To support Residential Manager, HCAs and Facilities Executive in daily operations.
1. Manage daily operations of residential services and building, M&E, cleaning and pest control (Ensure effectiveness & efficiency of operations)
2. Work with Residential Manager to develop, implement, and improve residential and facilities policies and procedures according to established standards and regulations.
3. Plan and implement all operational policies, objectives and initiatives
4. Responsible for project management work
5. Provide care and support to residential members
6. Be responsible for facilities services such as:
a. The maintenance of the center’s facilities and security operations (i.e. CCTV, EM locks, Carparks, logbooks, keypress, etc.)
b. Enhancing workplace environment by being responsible to conduct daily inspections (i.e. ECC – Environmental Control Coordinator)
c. Monitors Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) issues.
d. Maintain the floor fire-registers & coordinate fire drills twice a year.
e. Supporting daily operation (i.e. cleanliness, waste management)
f. Create conducive spaces for members and staff
7. Work with and support vendors, contractors and IFM.
8. Fire Safety Manager – fire drill, staff training and compliance within the centre
9. Lead for ACCSM emergency response (fire, haze and terrorism)
10. Responsible for facility related procurement (i.e. quotations for various facility projects)
11. Manage external contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly. This includes adhoc building and facilities projects within the centre.
12. Assist with new admissions to the centre
13. Apply basic first aid & CPR skills and knowledge during emergencies
14. Compile monthly statistics
15. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
