Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Residential Life) for Temasek Hall to coordinate residential life programmes, student development initiatives and welfare support. You will work with the Hall Master, Resident Fellows, student leaders and university stakeholders to foster a supportive residential community.

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree, preferable with at least 2 years in student affairs, residential life, education administration or related work.
• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate stakeholders (for Assistant Manager consideration).
• Strong organisational, planning, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential life programmes, orientation, hall events and student development activities.
• Support student leaders and committees in programme planning, budgeting and risk assessment.
• Assist admission, room allocation, respect and consent workshop, and room verification exercises.
• Support international student initiatives and residential staff welfare.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate follow-up on student welfare matters.
