We R Family in Singapore is seeking a Student Hostel Executive to oversee daily hostel operations, ensure a secure, clean, and supportive living environment, and support residents' academic routines.

You will supervise front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance; monitor self-study sessions, administer vocabulary tests and mock exams; handle student concerns, enforce rules, organize activities, and coordinate with teachers and counselors.

Formación

• Experience in hostel, dormitory, student care, or education-related environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and supportive approach to youth.
• Strong interest or background in academic support, education, or tutoring.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Willingness to work evenings (4pm to 10:30pm) and weekends (full day).
• Can choose to stay in (preferred) / stay out

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hostel operations including front desk, housekeeping, security and maintenance.
• Ensure hostel facilities are clean, functional, and safe; manage room allocation and check-in/out.
• Act as first point of contact for residents; enforce rules and address disputes.
• Supervise self-study sessions, administer vocabulary tests and mock exams, and maintain progress records.
• Recruit, train, and supervise hostel staff; manage staff schedules and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations; maintain resident records for emergencies.
• Organize and support student activities that promote well-being, social integration, and cultural awareness.
