Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a property leasing professional to maximise asset potential and drive occupancy across government properties. You will collaborate with marketing, facilities managers and external partners to enhance tenant experience and ensure efficient property operations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, good writing and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as in a team. Knowledge of government procurement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate leasing or property management.

• Awareness of current trends in residential real estate.

• Working knowledge of contracts, facilities management or government procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximise potential of properties via marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase occupancy and maintain tenant relations.
• Manage revenue and costs, including budgeting for the assigned portfolio.
• Review policies, contracts and workflows to improve performance and service levels with partners.
• Resolve feedback and property enquiries from the public, tenants, ministries and agencies.
• Provide admin support to Residential Leasing with data reports, invoices and work orders.
