Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in leasing of commercial properties.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate new leases and renewals.
• Prepare and check lease documents for tenants’ execution and monitor expiries.
• Prepare reports and rental studies to monitor performance and set competitive rates.
• Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends.
• Formulate action plans with operations to meet marketing strategies.
• Achieve strong rental reversions and tenant retention; prepare marketing collaterals.
• Lead leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Provide guidance on design, floor layouts, and ESG features for new developments.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with GMs and HODs.
• Work with GMs/HODs for optimal asset financial outcomes.
