Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property/Asset Manager to oversee daily operations of commercial and residential properties in Singapore. The role includes supervising external managers, handling tenancy matters, and coordinating leasing of vacant units while maintaining strong tenant relations.

You will monitor expenditures, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare performance reports using property management systems and MS Office to maintain accurate data and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in property or asset management.
• Proven experience in tenancy administration and tenant relationship management.
• Knowledge of operational and capital expenditure management.
• Familiarity with local property regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure maintenance standards.
• Supervise external property managers and contractors for timely service delivery.
• Administer tenancy matters, including lease agreements and renewals.
• Maintain and update tenancy schedules and lease trackers.
• Serve as the main contact for tenants, fostering positive relationships.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing of vacant units and conduct property viewings.
• Monitor operational expenditure and coordinate capital works projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning property management.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports and maintain property data.
• Support lifecycle management of assets, including documentation and due diligence.
