Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking an Assistant/ Manager, Residential Leasing to maximise property potential and drive occupancy through strategic marketing and estate enhancement initiatives.

You will liaise with marketing teams, managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to build strong tenant relationships while overseeing revenue and costs and monitoring budgets for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Candidates with relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good writing and presentation skills.
• Good sense of emerging trends in residential real estate.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Working knowledge of contracts, facilities management and government procurement would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maximise potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including marketing and managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates and establish strong relationships with good tenants
• Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio
• Review existing policies, contracts, practices and workflows to complement efforts to achieve the performance level of the properties; enhance the tenants' experience; improve the service level agreements with external partners; and monitor the performance of external partners effectively and efficiently
• Resolve feedback and property enquiries from public, tenants, ministries and other government agencies in a professional and timely manner in the best interests of SLA and the Government
• Provide administrative support to the Residential Leasing Department on tenancy administration. Duties include compilation and collation of data for internal reporting, processing of invoices, tracking of work orders and any other administrative duties assigned
