Job summary

C@nspecs Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a qualified RTO to represent clients on HDB and LTA construction sites. You will supervise construction works, ensure quality control, and verify compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and prevailing regulations.

The role requires reading and interpreting architectural drawings, inspecting materials and workmanship, performing quality tests, and preparing progress reports for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering.
• Accredited as a C&S RTO by IES/ACES JAC.
• Certificate in BCSS or equivalent construction safety certification.
