Job summary

SURBANA SITE SUPERVISORS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer (C&S) to oversee construction works on site, ensuring compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

You will work with Consultants and clients to supervise and assure quality across projects. The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or NCSS, and IES registration as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or NCSS.
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S) is a must.
• At least 1 year’s experience in supervision of Building/Residential Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/clients in supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure all installation methods and materials used comply with contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with contractors/sub-contractors for coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, provide feedback on site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
