Job summary

A-STAR TESTING & INSPECTION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced RTO supervisor to lead on-site activities for major building construction projects in Singapore. You will oversee architectural and fitting-out works, ensure compliance with codes, and prepare progress reports.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural disciplines, a BCSS certificate, and strong record-keeping with proactive issue resolution and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as an RTO, with at least 5 years in supervising complex architectural and fitting-out works.
• Familiar with site supervision codes, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.

Job description

Key Requirements:

a. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 5 years shall be in supervision of works similar in complexity, in particular, architectural and fitting out works in major building construction.

b. Possess a Diploma in Architectural or the Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.

c. Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors’ Safety (BCSS) Course.

d. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.

e. Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records on the progress of works.

f. Pro‑active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit.
