Job summary

ISO-Team Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a Public Relations Representative to manage resident relations and respond to project queries for the Neighborhood Renewal Program. You will plan PR activities, coordinate with residents, contractors, and authorities, and ensure smooth upgrading work.

You will also provide administrative support at meetings and maintain positive resident relations; safety compliance and ISO45001 initiatives are part of the role.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or higher with at least 1 year of public relations experience.
• Relevant experience considered if the above qualification is not met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch public relation programs for Neighborhood Renewal Program (NRP), including circulars, letters and notices.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints related to the projects and follow up on actions to resolve them.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure smooth operations during upgrading works and mitigate complaints.
• Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meetings when directed.
• Maintain good rapport with residents and conduct regular visits to gather feedback and update on work schedules and impacts.
• Coordinate with other departments, vendors and authorities to ensure proper document filing according to client requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and assist in implementing ISO45001 and other management systems.
