Job summary

TMS ALLIANCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an ISOTeam representative to manage residents' questions and coordinate public relation activities during upgrading projects.

You will plan communications, handle inquiries and feedback, and liaise with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities to mitigate impacts of works. Additionally, you will support administration, ensure safety compliance, and participate in meetings to maintain good relations with the community throughout the Neighborhood

Qualifications

• GCE A-Level or higher qualification.
• Strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
• PC literacy and MS Office knowledge.
• Experience in Building Construction Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involve in Town Council upgrading projects.
• Plan and launch public relation programs for Neighborhood Renewal Programme (NRP).
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints; follow up actions.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities for smooth operations.
• Attend and support Construction Working Committee meetings.
• Maintain good rapport with residents.
• Visit residents/tenants affected by the NRP works to update on schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors as required.
• Assist in workplace safety and related compliance.
• Maintain proper documents and filing per client requirements.
