Job summary

Precise Development Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator for HDB BTO projects to liaise with sub-contractors, residents and the BSC team; you will manage inquiries, arrange inspections, and help prepare weekly and monthly reports.

You will also manage defects in the IDMS system and coordinate appointments online, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with a Diploma or A-Level and a WSQ Certificate in Service

Qualifications

Minimum a Diploma or A Level with 2 subjects passed.
Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence.
Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling queries from residents.

Responsibilities

Liaise with sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultant and residents.
Interact with residents to maintain good relationship and receive feedback.
Assist on phone calls and emails to answer inquiries and arrange inspections.
Process weekly and monthly reports and IDMS reports for day-to-day operations.
Roster management and assigning site supervisors for inspections.
Update IDMS defects and manage feedback from residents.
Manage IDMS E-Appointment system and inform residents of construction activities.
Generate work schedules with Site Supervisor for rectification works.
Arrange unit improvement works and monitor lifts during emergencies.
Provide guided viewing and assist with BIT and Lock-up inspections.
