Job summary

A leading engineering services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced civil & structural engineer with a minimum of four years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a degree recognized in Singapore and be accredited with a relevant engineering institution. Key responsibilities include supervising projects, ensuring quality control, and leading a team. Willingness to work shifts is required, and the role is based at NTU/Canberra Station/Lorong Halus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer.
  • At least two years in supervision of similar projects, particularly industrial buildings.
  • Accreditation with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the related engineering associations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RTO to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory codes and quality control procedures.

Job description
Requirements
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer, of which at least 2 years shall be in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity, particularly industrial building.
  • Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
  • Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
  • Lead RTO to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S) and SRE. Must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter‑personal skills.
  • Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.
  • Possess strong supervision and leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to work shifts.
  • Working location: NTU/Canberra Station/Lorong Halus.
  • Work week: 44hrs – 47hrs.
