Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Concierge Executive for a leading property management company in Singapore. You will greet tenants and guests, handle inquiries, and ensure a warm, professional experience at the front desk.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm at Bugis MRT, with uniform provided and attractive incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in concierge, front desk, customer service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach
• Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails
• Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues in accordance with established SOPs and service standards
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring information is accurate
• Support administrative and operational activities
