Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Condominium Manager to support the Asset Manager in coordinating a portfolio. You will ensure services meet standards, inspect facilities, and maintain strong resident relationships.

Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Residential/Condominium/Strata management, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure services comply with policies, procedures, regulations, contracts, and standards.
  • Inspect common areas, equipment, walkways, and exterior facade; approve maintenance.
  • Respond to escalated residents' needs and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain rapport with residents and council members.
  • Address feedback via platforms such as messenger and email.
  • Possess broad knowledge of own discipline and related functions.
  • Prepare and conduct Sub-Committee meetings and minutes.
  • Assist in Council/General Meetings; provide draft meeting minutes.
  • Attend to all emergency situations promptly and calmly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CBRE Condominium Manager, you will support the Asset Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways and external façade. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  • Respond to escalated resident's needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create and maintaining good rapport with residents and council members.
  • Respond to feedback through various platform such as messenger, email and/or other digital platforms.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Preparation, conduction of Sub-Committee Meeting and preparation of minutes.
  • To assist in Council Meeting and General Meeting - provide 1st drafts of minutes.
  • Attending to all emergency situations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Diploma / bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience (Residential/Condominium/Strata Management)
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to tenants. Ability to effectively present information.
